2023年7月26日 · The new version of application form for Government jobs G.F. 340 (Rev. 7/2023) has been in use and available with effect from 26 July 2023. Candidates who apply for Government jobs advertised on or after 26 July 2023 should use the new G.F. 340 (Rev. 7/2023).
You should complete one application form for each job (Please refer to the relevant recruitment advertisement for details regarding application procedures, in particular whether this application form G.F. 340 is applicable).
問1 如同一時間申請一份以上的職位，該申請人是否需要遞交多次網上申請書？ 答1 申請人可就多份同時招聘的職位填寫一份網上申請書。 問2 申請人往後可否更改連結存檔的個人身分識別碼及電郵地址? 答2 申請人往後不能更改連結存檔的個人身分識別碼及電郵地址。
申請手續（包括網上申請） 所有政府部門的職位空缺招聘廣告，都會載於本網頁，並可能會於本地報章刊登。請仔細參閱個別職位的招聘廣告，並按廣告所列要求及於截止申請日期前遞交申請。 大多數職位空缺的申請必須遞交指定的申請表格(G.F. 340)：

如申請人選擇透過「我的政府一站通」作網上申請，申請人可選擇將「我的政府一站通」戶口的個人資料傳送到「G.F.340網上申請系統」作「自動填表」之用。但由於檔案格式、類型或語言有所不同等原因，部分資料可能未能正確填上，所以請申請人核對所有資料欄，如有需要請修改，才遞交表格。
2023年7月26日 · If candidates submit the old version form G.F. 340 (Rev. 3/2013), they will be required to fill in the new G.F. 340 (Rev. 7/2023) afresh and submit it within seven days upon request. If candidates fail to submit the new G.F. 340 (Rev. 7/2023) within the stipulated deadline, their applications will not be processed further.
