The mouse is on but Windows cannot detect the new device, the screen shows it is searching, but remains blank. Also Bluetooth is confirmed on.

2022年2月4日 · First try Update this Driver > Automatically, then Roll Back if available. If not choose Uninstall button, restart PC using keyboard to Ctrl Alt Del, on blue screen tab to Power Icon in bottom right, press Enter, arrow down to Restart, press Enter to restart to reinstall the driver.

The Logitech MX Master 2S mouse causes the Lenovo Bluetooth turn off (become undiscoverable) and then restart (become discoverable) every few minutes of usage. I've checked online forums, followed advice to install driver updates, Windows updates, etc.

2016年11月25日 · Bluetooth mouse paired, connected but not works in Windows 10. On Windows 10 desktop, and Lenovo Win10 laptop, "Settings" shows a Bluetooth mouse as paired and connected, but mouse not works. Install and reinstall of the mouse and Bluetooth drivers does not help. On another Windows 10 PC this mouse works without problem.
2018年9月23日 · you can set it up now with the unifying receiver that you have and change your mind later if you get a Bluetooth dongle (you wont) the logitech software is not really needed, windows will find drivers from microsoft, but the software does give that extra bit of customisation. 2023年3月12日 · Created on March 12, 2023. Bluetooth Low Energy mouse lag on Surface Book 2 15". I switched from Surface Laptop 3 to Book 2 (i7, 16GB). And started having problems with mice. I have the Logitech MX Master 2S and MX Master 3S. When working via Bluetooth, the cursor moves jerkily, as if at 10 fps. When connected via USB adapter, everything is fine.
