微软OneDrive储存服务变更. 微软最近公布「Microsoft 365教育版储存空间供应项目变更」，有关政策影响全球多家高等教育机构。 自2024年2月1日起，微软OneDrive 免费 用户的储存空间配额将降至100GB，当中包括理大校友账户。 为应对相关限制，我们建议校友管理个人 OneDrive储存空间，采取适当安排。 请 按此 检视您的使用情况，了解需要释放多少存储空间。 如目前使用量超过100GB， 请删除不必要的档案，又或将相关档案移离OneDrive，例如备份到其他云端储存空间。 若使用量持续超过100GB，您的OneDrive账户将变成唯读状态。 如目前使用量为100GB或以下， 请定期检视及删除不必要的档案，以释放储存空间，应付未来所需。
Effective from 1 February 2024, the Microsoft storage policy for OneDrive will reduce the maximum storage limit to 100GB for free users, including PolyU alumni. To manage your OneDrive storage usage and take appropriate actions, please visit here to determine
To optimize storage usage for learning and teaching support, quota of OneDrive for Business for Connect users (Students, Alumni, and Retirees) will be standardized to 1TB from December 2021. (*Note) To learn more practical tips on the usage of OneDrive for Business, lists of training videos are available here.
Every PolyU staff and student is given online storage quota of OneDrive for Business. You can synchronize document between your campus computer and your OneDrive for Business folder on cloud to allow continue access to these document anywhere.
On Office 365 Cloud for staff and students, users are able to share content uploaded to Office 365 OneDrive for Business folder with staff or students holding login account on @polyu.edu.hk and @connect.polyu.hk domain respectively as well as with external parties.
