2021年8月28日 · The current Premiere Elements started at 2021 and is now up to 2021.3 with fixes. Adobe will not update the program to work with new hardware or operating systems... Microsoft is MUCH better than Apple at maintaining backward compatibility, but there is no absolute guarantee that an old program with work with a new operating system.

Premiere Elements doesn't have any tools that could even serve as a workaround for creating titles that can be turned on and off by the viewer. If you want permanent subtitles, though, you can certainly use regular titles to create them. 1 Upvote.

I haven't used my software in a couple of months, but now I can't hear audio inside the Adobe software. When I play clips in media player everything is fine, but the same clips in Premiere Elements you can't hear the audio.

If you are unsatisfied with this, you can ask for your money back within 30 days from Adobe and stick with the version you already own. Upvote.
