2024年8月31日 · I can hear the sound now but it has low sound, which is much different from Realtek R option I used before. Fyi, I screen shot the system info and Device Manager (1) and Device Manager with View of Hidden Devices. I believe that Realtek HD Audio Driver is in the computer, just hidden somewhere. Hope you can find the best solution.
