2023年12月14日 · The recommended dosage of TAMIFLU for prophylaxis of influenza in adults and adolescents 13 years and older is 75 mg orally once daily (one 75 mg capsule or 12.5 mL of oral suspension once daily) for at least 10 days following close contact with an infected individual and up to 6 weeks during a community outbreak.

服用抗病毒藥「奧司他偉」 (特敏福)須知 . 「奧司他偉」是對付甲型及乙型流感病毒的抗病毒藥,屬於神經氨酸酶抑制劑 (Neuraminidase inhibitor) 。 由1999年起,「奧司他偉」獲認可為一歲或以上人士治療 及預防流感的藥物。 注意事項: ‧ 飽肚服藥有助減少藥物引致的噁心情況。 ‧ 用於兒童及青少年的注意點: 患有流感的人士,尤其是兒童,於服用「奧司他偉」後有可能增加其自我傷害及精神混亂的風險,故患者需要受密切觀察有否不正常行為。 日本有報告指出,曾有服用神經氨酸酶抑制劑的人士(大部分為使用「奧司他偉」以治療流感者而主要為兒童及青少年)出現自殘或妄亂的行為,唯此類報告並不常見。 如發現任何人於服用「奧司他偉」後出現不正常的行為表現,請即與醫護人員聯絡。
