    香港稅務學會簡介. 學會成立於1972年9月27日，由34位成員共同制定了學會章程及會員細則。 成立主要目的是為了提倡稅務研究工作，為社會大眾提供一個互相交流稅務知識及資訊的平台，從而提升香港稅務從業員的專業水平。 時至今日，學會已有接近3,000名專業人士加入成為會員和註冊學生。 主要活動. 財政預算案建議. 自1980年起，學會每年均向財政司司長提交該年度的財政預算案建議，就著香港的財政、稅收政策，社會環境問題等方向，向政府提出不同的建議。 稅務聯合聯絡小組. 「稅務聯合聯絡小組」於1987年由會計界及商界自行成立，是一個獨立於政府的論壇，旨在討論各種稅務事宜，並向政府反映業界的意見。 學會作為小組的創立成員之一，定期參與會議，向政府提供有關香港稅務的立法和政策的相關建議。
