Drivers and cyclists should be well prepared for the road condition ahead. Most of the traffic signs and road markings are illustrated in this chapter.
Notes: All dimensions are in millimeters. Exact no. of marker to be erected shall be instructed by the Engineer pursuant to advice from transport authority. Colour of tubular marker, including the base, shall be yellow unless otherwise instructed by the Engineer.
ALL SIGNS AND ROAD MARKINGS SHOULD COMPLY WITH DRAWING CT174/51-1 TO 5 (TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT). ALL AFFECTED VEHICULAR ACCESSES AND PEDESTRIAN PASSAGES SHOULD BE MAINTAINED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH SUBJECT TO ON-SITE ADLUSTMENT. ALL STREET FURNITURE TO BE TEMPORARY REMOVED IF NECESSARY.
