2022年7月28日 · Technically all I would owe them, if it went to court, is the cost of 20 minutes parking. Ie $1.50. Only a government authority can fine you. Wilson can only ask you for liquidated damages, which is what they lost by you parking there, if parking is free for 5 hours then their claim should be for $0.

Although it is under $500.00 try to clear to Wilson that you paid for it. Otherwise if you ignore it, it’s gonna stay for a couple of years.
