The programme has been developed to produce professionals who are well-equipped with knowledge in green technologies, sustainability and IT skills in response to the Government’s initiative on climate action plan, environmental protection, waste management and smart city development.
The programme aims to provide an integrated Testing & Certification (T&C) training to students, in order to equip them with the knowledge and practical skills to work in the complex and ever-changing environment of the T&C industry.
Principal's Message. With tremendous support from the school principals, teachers, parents, and industry practitioners, the establishment of the Youth College (International) was approved by the VTC Council in November 2017 and the Vocational Baccalaureate programmes in Engineering and Design were launched in September 2018.
Professional Recognition. The programme is widely accepted by the construction industry. It is also accredited by the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM) and the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM) as a required academic qualification for their Associate Membership.
