2024年9月15日 · 2 Correct answers. Ended up using the acrobat cleaning tool, restarting the computer, and reinstalling acrobat from scratch. It's likely a windows update issue that triggers the problem. We've been having this issue with Multiple company PC's with adobe acrobat Pro.
2024年1月2日 · Since about a month my, and my colleges Acrobat Pro (64-bit) version keeps crashing/hanging for some reason. The program is up to date. Last week I found a another new update, but it still very unresponsive. Is there an easy fix or do we need to go back and install and old version? Thanks.

When I purchased Acrobat PRO 8 days ago, it appeared was successfully installed but unable to open app. Thinking must need step to authenicate licence, confirmed My Account shows "up to date" tried to first access via Creative Cloud but Acrobat still fail to open. I'm confused shows Acrobat PRO in plan and Acrobat as product icon.

It was already off. did not correct. 2.If that doesn't work, try printing as image, under Print dialogue>click Advanced>check the box "Print As Image".

Given the total lack of response, this is apparently a problem that nobody else sees, so I have uninstalled Acrobat DC using the standard procedure outlined here: uninstall-reinstall-acrobat.html. I then restarted the computer and reinstalled Acrobat DC from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
2023年7月30日 · Adobe Acrobat Pro - Sign does not work. There is a button called "Sign document by typing or drawing a signature" on Adobe Acrobat Pro. Clicking on this usually lets you add your signature and your initials. This was working fine for me until I changed my laptop and moved to Windows 11.
