申請程序. (一) 網上登記. 按此 ( 網址 https://www.atacarnet.hk/Carnet1App/Registration/Terms.aspx )進行登記，並上載有效的香港商業登記証以作核實。 完成登記後，申請人可在電子郵箱內取得用戶名稱和登入密碼。 (二) 資料輸入. Users 登入 後，申請人可在網上輸入申請資料。 公司的預設資料會自動載入表格內，不用重新輸入。 另外，申請人可更改舊有的申請資料，作為新申請之用。 (三) 保證金証明. 申請者須上載保證金証明，以作核實。 (四) 商會批閱. 填寫資料後，按 “遞交” (SUBMIT) 完成工作。 如資料正確無誤，申請將標記為 “無誤” (IN ORDER). (五) 櫃檯遞交. 已蓋印和簽署的申請表和聲明書.
