Breast cancer has become the most common cancer affecting women in Hong Kong since 1994. Female breast cancer cases diagnosed in Hong Kong have tripled from 1,152 in 1993 to 5,565 in 2021. On average, about 15 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
