After nearly 3 hours of watching tutorials and troubleshooting, I haven't been able to configure it properly. I keep encountering errors #801 and #806.
2024年10月4日 · I recently purchased the Canon ImageClass MF 455dw printer and the optional second tray to be able to print mixed size documents. I have already spoken to support twice with no success. One of the representatives said that he knows for a fact that this model has the capabilities to do that. This is my 3rd day now trying to get this working.
2024年1月10日 · The test print is showing that the magenta and cyan ink can't get to the paper. This could be caused by a problem with the color print head or air in the ink lines. 2023年1月30日 · Right click on a blank portion of the printer list and select reset printing system. Click the + to add a printer. Highlight the printer in the list. Check the USE dropdown box near the add to make sure it is set to the printer model and not airprint/secure airprint.
2024年10月7日 · I have recently buy a Canon MF657. Using scan button, with the exception of black and white scanning, where it work as I expected, the next scan doesn't work. It is turned gray, so inactive, and the window of scanning is closing immediately after 1 page scan. So it makes different .jpg colour pages, for every page I scan.

2021年8月12日 · As my fix turned out to be different that what I believe I've see here, thought I'd report it: Here's the path to my fix, standing at the printer: Menu\Function Settings\printer\printer settings\prioritize driver\. When you get there, set the setting for the paper drawer to "on," and you may have a fix.
