Welcome to the Qualification Programme (“QP”) of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”), the only statutory body with which you can register as a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong under Section 24 and By Law 41 of the Professional Accountants Ordinance.
Established in 1973, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) is the statutory body established by the Professional Accountants Ordinance (Cap. 50) responsible for the professional training and development of certified public accountants in Hong Kong, as well as the setting of professional standards for the profession.
Candidates taking PC-Business Assurance and PC-Taxation papers may make reference to the relevant Learning Pack (“LP”) produced for Module 13 (Business Assurance) and Module 14 (Taxation) of the Institute's QP, respectively, to prepare for the examinations.

The QP comprises three progressive levels with 14 modules and a Capstone, i.e. Associate Level (10 modules), Professional Level (four modules) and Capstone.
