婚假和恩恤假. 目的. 本通告公布,由二零二四年四月一日起,政府僱員1(包括公務員、非公務員合約僱員、退休後服務合約僱員,以及其他並非按非公務員合約僱員計劃或退休後服務合約計劃2擔任非公務員職位的政府僱員)可獲批准以特許缺勤形式放取婚假和恩恤假。 《公務員事務規例》第1111(1)(i) 及(j) 條、第1111(6) 至(8)條及本通告載述管理上述特許缺勤的安排。 背景. 2.作為香港最大的僱主,政府一直致力為員工締造家庭友善的工作環境。 為體現政府在關愛僱員方面的承擔,二零二三年《施政報告》公布,政府會由二零二四年四月起向政府僱員提供婚假和恩恤假,以照顧他們結婚或喪親的家庭需要。 為免生疑問,政府僱員並不包括中介員工,以及政府的承辦商和服務供應商聘用的僱員。
