一) 此系統載有懲教署所保存與職員有關的個人資料，而系統內的個人資料及其他資料均屬” 限閱資料 ”及受《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）、政府保安規例、懲教署工作守則及工作程序第八章和第二十九章的指令規管。 二) 所有連接系統的情況均會被記錄在案和監察，以供審計及保安之用； 三) 如懷有犯罪及不誠實意圖進入此系統，或未經批准而使用系統內的資料（包括未獲授權披露資料），署方可能會作出檢控、採取內部紀律處分或任何所需的行動。 本人同意在使用此系統時，嚴格遵守一切與職員資料有關的現行措施、守則和指引。
