This is because your decision may be based on a brief description or a photograph – so what you receive isn't always quite what you’d expected. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are allowed to return an item if you simply change your mind.

2020年5月16日 · An LG smart-TV I bought is showing signs of having developed a fault. My receipt shows I bought it 28th May 2018 from Currys (instore), which is very close to the 2 year mark. Their website suggests typically they only offer a 12 month guarantee - and this a repair rather than replace service, I have no additional warranty.
04/08/22 I logged into the app and there was a message saying ‘We need a quick catch up’ so I should call the UK contact centre 0n 0344 561 1234. I duly called the number and was informed that the TV was damaged in transit and needed some parts to repair the damage.
2017年3月19日 · I've got the currys five year care plan on our cooker. I've never had to use them for a repair yet. But I am certain that they would stick to the terms and conditions of the scheme. For the cooker you do get a clean every year for the 5 years and I used it for the first time last November. Very satisfied.

2008年3月10日 · I assume that when you said you have to start paying on December 31st, I suspect you meant Dec 31st, 2008. If that is the case, then it looks as if Currys are running their 0% offer. The way these things work is that you do not have to pay anything for 12 months. If you settle the account before the 12 months, you do not need to pay any interest.
2021年5月20日 · Tried the web chat, it no longer exists!!! There is just no way to contact them!!! It took me 34 seconds to speak to an agent from the link provided. First type in 'Speak to agent' then it'll ask why then it will transfer you. I have tried always as suggested above and you just cannot get an instant chat with Currys.
2022年6月21日 · currys cloud backup. I had curryscloudbackup for quite a few years and is really simple to use. I basically takes a mirror of your drive and stores on a cloud. You can access from the internet so I can retrieve info when I'm at work if I want. It also backs up my phone.
