2021年7月3日 · If you delete your account without changing the username (and waiting 14 days), that username is likely gone forever. There's no way to skip the 14 day cooldown. I don't know if the cooldown will count down properly if you delete immediately without waiting 14 days, so please wait to be on the safe side.

Hello everyone, I am planning on deleting my instagram account permanently, and noticed that it said there is a 30 day period before it is permanently deleted.
Of course you won't delete instagram and pretened is fine, because you get male attention from it. I can tell you, deleting Instagram and Facebook is the best feeling. No more comparisons to anyone, just live your life and you don't have to see attention whores all over the place.
