Inflammatory eye disorders. Adult: As 1.5 mg/mL solution: Instil 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 3-4 times daily. As 0.1% solution or susp: Instil 1-2 drops into the affected eye (s) 4-6 times daily. Severe cases: 1-2 drops hourly, then gradually reduce to 1 drop 2-4 hourly to achieve favourable response.
