2024年4月12日 · 12 April at 3:10PM. easyJet cancelled a recent return flight after a long airport delay- the cancellation was due to a technical issue with the plane. The cancellation was at 2330 on the Saturday. We were informed by Swissport to use the app to rebook onto a new flight. The next available flight was on the Monday.

If easyjet blame of on ATC/Weather related issues then they won't have to pay compensation but still have to cover reasonable expenses. You have escalation options if you are not satisfied either via ADR or court.
2021年3月18日 · Easyjet Prepaid Card out of service. I took Easyjet's advice and used a UK ATM. At the ATM you could see the balance in € and £. Took all my money out in GBP but lost a bit on exchange as didn't take money out in €. It's a load off my mind having notes in my hand and not having to wait a month by claiming a balance.
2023年10月15日 · Don’t book a holiday with easyJet again! A large part of the holiday cost is the flight, which isn’t affected. If they disagree with what has been offered, then they need to say so now. It’s no use accepting the half board and £150 and then whacking a complaint in when they get home.

If we cancel our tickets, EasyJet will charge us a cancellation fee of £30 each (which is entirely justified as outlined in their terms and conditions.) The tickets cost less then £30 each, so cancelling the tickets makes little sense.

2023年7月27日 · Easyjet dont sell return tickets, they sell you a ticket in each direction and as a consequence there is no price difference between booking both directions at the same time or separately and no cancellation of the leg to the UK if you dont take the outbound.
