(1)There shall be a High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region consisting of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal. (2)Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the High Court shall be a court of unlimited civil and criminal jurisdiction.
The High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is a part of the legal system of Hong Kong.
