HKCC students may access the extended collections at the Pao Yue-kong Library of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The University Library (Pao Yue-Kong Library) is a six-storey purpose-designed building with an area of 16,667 square metres, providing more than 3,900 study spaces.
位於理大西九龍校園的 專業及持續教育學院圖書館 佔三層，面積為2,180平方米，設有電腦供無線上網，其他設施包括小組研習室、研習座位，以及個人研習／視聽座位。 同學可在圖書館內自修，進行小組研習或討論，又或享受悠閒的閱讀時光。 圖書館藏書. 圖書館的館藏包羅萬有，主要分為印刷及電子兩大類。 學院檔案庫 收藏了香港專上學院及專業進修學院歷年的課程發展檔案、試題，以及學院及理大的出版刊物等，可供同學閱覽。 此外，亦設有 自學語言資料庫 及 升學及就業中心 館藏，以促進同學的個人發展。 2023/24學年，專業及持續教育學院圖書館 館 藏逾461,000項目，包括書籍、期刊、報紙、電子期刊、電子報紙、電子書籍、電子論文、多媒體資料、線上講座及節目等。

The College Archives collects and organizes materials in both print and electronic formats that depict the development of the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE), and its teaching arms -- the Hong Kong Community College (HKCC), and the School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED).
The 24-Hour Study Centre located on 1/F North Wing is open around the clock*. During Library's closing hours, the Centre is only accessible by current PolyU/CPCE staff and students enrolled on programmes leading to PolyU/PolyU-SPEED/PolyU-HKCC awards
