   自2020年1月1日起，香港公司治理公会（公会）实行专业资格考试“Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) ”。 顺利完成CGQP考试的学员将成为特许公司治理公会及香港公司治理公会的毕业学员。 具备符合相关工作经验要求的毕业学员可以向公会申请成为公会会士或资深会士。 公会会员将具备两个称衔“特许秘书(CS) ”及“公司治理师(CGP) ” – 这两个会员称衔均获得国际认可，并可通用于所有获认可地区。 CGQP考试包括两部分，共七个科目，其中六个科目为必考科目，第七个科目可从两个科目中选考一科。 CGQP使学员可以循序渐进的掌握相关知识。
