醫院管理局 （簡稱 醫管局；英語： Hospital Authority， 縮寫 作 HA）是一個 香港法定機構，負責管理 香港公立醫院 及 診所，執行 香港政府 的公共醫療政策，根據《醫院管理局條例》於1990年12月1日成立。 自1991年12月起，醫院管理局負責全港公立醫院及相關的醫療服務，並透過 醫務衞生局 局長向 香港特別行政區政府 負責，而醫務衞生局則負責制定醫療政策和監察醫院管理局的工作。 [1] 並向香港政府提出包括醫院收費及所需要資源等相關政策建議，以及培育訓練醫療人員及醫院服務相關研究等。 醫院管理局作為 香港公營醫療 體系的核心，經費由香港政府增撥，惟部分服務按成本收費，人事聘任則與公務員脫鈎，局方可自行制定聘任條件。
