香港特許秘書公會( 公會)是一個獨立專業團體,一直致力於制定與執行良好公司治理政策,在香港以及內地提升會員所擔當的角色,同時推動「特許秘書」和「Chartered Governance Professional」專業的發展。 公會於1949 年成立,最初為設立在英國倫敦的特許公司治理公會(The Chartered Governance Institute) (原稱為:特許秘書及行政人員公會 (ICSA)) 的屬會,於1990年成為特許公司治理公會的香港分會,並於1994年在香港正式註冊成為獨立專業團體,亦從2005年至今為特許公司治理公會的中國屬會。
