Thing is, or week consist of 33% newaza, between rolling and practising techniques, so i consider myself to be quite good on the ground for judo stardarts. 2022年12月14日 · Judo, by comparison, feels a bit safer, with competitions rarely ending with a knockout. As someone who wants to spar and eventually casually compete, this makes Judo seem more appealing. The Muay Thai gym in my area is also much more expensive than the Judo gym, albeit with a much nicer space.
2022年12月24日 · depends. judo is more rule bound than wrestling, but the biggest difference is in how they train. you have plenty of judo gyms that are casual, catering to people who only train 1 2 times a week and don't want to compete, as well as the more competitive high level
As far as judo goes I couldnt tell you but the big buzz about brain damage is a much more complicated topic than people seem to know. Not all people take damage equally. Theres even a specific gene related to head trauma and what kind of damage it does .
