Today the vaulted cellars of the hundred-year-old winery store a wide variety of top white and red wines that are delicate expressions of this northern Italian region. Founded in 1907, the St. Michael-Eppan winery is located in the heart of Southern Tyrol, Italy.
It is a project started by the owners of Izadi in the Toro DO, with their first vintage in 2003. The vineyards are 30 years old, planted on south-facing sites with sandy and clay soils.
