Dr the Honourable KO Wing-man, GBS, JP. Aged 66. Dr Ko is a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the Standing Committee of the Chao Zhou City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Dr Ko Wing-man GBS, JP (Chinese: 高永文, born 1957) is a non-official member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong. He served as the Secretary for Food and Health of Hong Kong from 2012 to 2017.
Dr Ko Wing-man is an eminent leader in public health services in Hong Kong. He began serving in the Hospital Authority (HA) in the early 1990s and became its Acting Chief Executive from 2003 to 2004, and in 2012 he was appointed Secretary for Food and Health of the Hong Kong Government, a post he served until 2017.
