Access to PolyU Pao Yue-kong Library. All students, academic and non-academic staff are eligible to access and use the collections of the PolyU Pao Yue-kong Library by presenting their valid CPCE student/staff card, and may also use the 24-hour Study Centre/Group discussion Rooms there.
There are 17 Group Study Rooms on 4/F and 6/F of the Library. They are equipped with white board and desktop workstation, providing different combination of seating arrangement in the range from 2 to 16 persons for the collaborative learning and group discussion.
How to check in? All members of a group have to check-in in person at the Library Counter where the room locates by presenting the booking confirmation email and their Student/Library Cards to the library staff. The check-in can be done 15 minutes before the registered start time.
