Lui Seng Chun is a Grade I Historic Building located at 119 Lai Chi Kok Road, in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, at the junction with Tong Mi Road. It is a four-storey tong-lau (the local term for Hong Kong shophouse typology) [1] that was built in 1931 by Mr. Lui Leung. The architect was Mr. W. H. Bourne.

Lui Seng Chun is a four-storey tong lau (literally meaning Chinese-style building, the local term for Hong Kong shophouse typology) located on a triangular site in Mong Kok, Kowloon. It was built in 1931 and owned by Lui Leung (1863-1944), one of the founders of
Historical Background. Lui Seng Chun was built and owned by Mr. Lui Leung who was one of the founders of the Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Ltd. In 1929, Mr. Lui appointed W. H. Bourne, a local architect specialized in designing shophouses (also known as "Tong-lau") to construct Lui Seng Chun, and the building was completed in around 1931.
