Maritime Square is a four-storey shopping centre located on Tsing Yi Island in Hong Kong. It was built and is owned by MTR Corporation (MTRC) in conjunction with the opening of Tsing Yi station. History. The shopping centre opened on 1 April 1999 and has a floor area of 46,000 square metres (500,000 sq ft).

Maritime Square is a fair sized modern shopping mall connected to the Tsing Yi MTR Station. There are 580K sq. feet of shopping space spread over four floors of two connecting buildings (Phase I and II). Phase I was opened in 1999 while Phase II was just opened back in 2017.
