2022年12月3日 · Try looking at the upper right of the new version and see if it says "Try the new Outlook", if it does make sure that it is turned OFF. I did this and it then gave me the old interface which allowed me to have non-Outlook accounts etc. Hopefully this will work for all

2024年7月24日 · Some of the New devices have New Outlook already installed on them. To get the Classic Outlook visit the Microsoft Store, Download Classic Outlook and install it. Once you have it installed, Uninstall the new Outlook. This will ensure that you are not redirected back to New Outlook when you try to open Classic outlook. Ruth.
