考生可於考試三個月後，向考試中心申請補發成績通知書。 為了保障考生的資料保密，考試成績不會以電話、傳真或電郵形式透露。 若考生不同意考試中心將其成績及成績通知書存儲於本系統內，須最遲於 考試前三個完整工作天 ，以書面通知考試中心。 書面通知必須清楚列明考生姓名、香港身份證／護照號碼、考試日期、試卷名稱、聯絡電話號碼及本地通訊地址電郵至考試中心。 逾期之通知概不受理。 考試中心會於考試後 七 個完整工作天內（考試當日不計），以普通平郵信件寄發考試成績通知書予考生的本港地址。 如成績通知書寄失，考生須向考試中心申請補發。
