If you are not eligible to apply through JUPAS or are seeking admission on the strength of qualifications other than HKDSE results, you will need to submit your application directly to PolyU. Online applications can be made via our eAdmission.

1. 你可以叫中學出一封official letter承認你嘅 DSE 成績，並註明你嘅姓名及出生日期；不過過往顯示唔係間間中學肯certify。 2. 你亦可以去考評局申請「成績證明函件」並直接寄往 PolyU，費用為 $170。 詳細資料 https://www.hkeaa.edu.hk/tc/our_services/cert/ 以下係相關電郵嘅範本。 可連同自己嘅 DSE 成績以及 #2 嘅 Cover sheet 以電郵發送畀你中學，並將 {xxx} 替換成合適嘅內容。
