For applicants who are interested in the majors and professions on construction and environment but yet to decide on the academic and professional pathway at the time of application for admission, you may consider putting the new admission route “Bachelor’s Degree Scheme in Construction and Environment” (JS3004) as one of your JUPAS choices.
It also provides a choice of two multiple specialisations to enhance professional expertise and employability, namely (1) Quantity Surveying and Property & Facility Management (QS and PFM) Stream, and (2) Building Surveying, General Practice and Planning
