2018年2月2日 · I was on ramipril for 4 months and i developed horrendous side effects but i didnt realise at the time it was Ramipril causing the effects. I had a never ending cough, excess mucus and throw up all the time due to the mucus. I have since stopped ramipril (6 days ago) cough easing and hardly sick now but still do the odd time.

I have been on Ramipril for about 1 year, I have very bad reflux and heartburn, I have mentioned it on numerous occasions to my GP, he just looks at me, does a little bit of typing - then dismisses it with a statement about trying Gaviscon. I think this drug is very debilitating .

As soon as I went up to a dose that controlled my blood pressure, I got loose bowels again. Now started on Candesartan which seems to have a different mechanism of action. I constantly have an upset stomach.
2014年11月21日 · My GP started me on Ramilpril, 5mg then 10mg, Still had high Blood Pressure so Amlodipine was introduced and was eventually put on 10mg of that too. Now Ramilpril, I cant really say i noticed too many side effects but ever since i was put on 10mg of Amlopipine i feel like a old man, lifeless, no energy, no sex drive to speak of, in short, feels ...
Suite à 17/10 de tension en juillet 2021, mon docteur m'a prescrit RAMIPRIL 2,5 mg ( à prendre le matin). Ma tension est tombée à 13/7 à l 'occasion de ma visite fin octobre 2021. Ma tension est remontée à 15/8 à l;occasion de ma visite de fin janvier 2021. Mon généraliste n'a pas augmenté la dose.
2010年1月18日 · Yes I've just upped my ramaprill from 2.5 mg to 5mg and I've been having nightmares too. Oh yes and I only been taking my ramaprill 3 months but it's only since I've been taking 5 mg I've been getting nightmares which is about 3 weeks. My doctor instructed me to take in the morning too. Posted 3 years ago. Sorry to resurrect this thread but wow!
2014年8月1日 · Hi Steve I would see your GP and stop taking ramipril. I stopped taking it after only 3 weeks due to awful side effects , severe headache, tinnitus, anxiety, panic attacks and like you I was unable to work as I felt so awful. Hope it gets sorted for you.
