2024年7月19日 · * iBooking is an online booking system designed for reserving Library Facilities, which include computers, group rooms, studios and other i-Sapce facilities. To ensure a smooth booking experience, users are highly recommended to learn about the reservation policies and rules specific to each type of facility in the booking system.

To use these facilities, students or staff members are advised to submit their booking via the online room booking system in advance. Students are also welcome to borrow equipments at the storeroom by booking.
Group rooms, each equipped with an LED monitor, are available on various floors for group discussion and presentation. Reservations can be made via the iBooking System.
You can view and reserve booking sessions for various library facilities in one place, including computers, Group Rooms, Group Viewing Rooms, Online Meeting Rooms, Studios and Makerspace facilities (e.g. 3D printing and laser cutting devices).
The Data Visualisation Room is available for booking from 9:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). A booking request form should be submitted at least 3 working days in advance.
