The Hong Kong Rowing Championships for Hong Kong and overseas rowers are held annually. It consists of Open, Junior, Masters, Para-Rowing, Disciplined Services Cup and Corporations Cup Events which are raced over two days using the progression system of heats through to finals.
Every year, The Hong Kong Rowing Youth Academy will hold 6 times youth rowing age group time trials, including 3 times on the water and 3 times on the ergo. The highest score of the 6 stations will become the championship of the year.
