Principal’s Message. Welcome to the Sha Tin College website where we hope to offer you an insight into life on the Sha Tin College campus. We are very much an inclusive community where we value and nurture effective and productive relationships between students, parents and teachers.
Sha Tin College is accepting applications for the 2024/2025 academic year. We have been providing an exceptional education since 1982 founded by the English Schools Foundation (ESF). Our mission is to create a culture where our students take responsibility for fulfilling their own potential and that of others for the good of humanity at all levels.
Sha Tin College is a fully authorised IB World School for the Middle Years Programme (IB MYP). IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.
Sha Tin College has approximately 700 students in the Senior School (Years 10 through to 13). The students study (I)GCSE subjects in Years 10 and 11 and then follow the International Baccalaureate Diploma, Courses and Careers Programme in Years 12 and 13.
Sha Tin College is delighted to announce the exceptional results achieved by our IB Diploma students this year. What makes these achievements even more remarkable is that Sha Tin College is an inclusive school, catering to students of diverse abilities.
