2018年2月24日 · I used the US link in the answer, its works and malware free, but make sure you enable your adblocker. Dont click anything in that link just wait until you got the "wlsetup_all.exe" download pop up. I think it stands for "windows live setup". I also scanned the exe on virustotal and its 1/63 detection rate so its safe.
