The primary aim of this course is to help participants understand the strategic fundamentals of a service company—ranging from the company’s mission and vision to its business model and value proposition.
Programme implementation
Teaching is highly interactive, with a focus on facilitating the direct application of techniques by learners in their own organisations. This course centres on building the following skill sets: 1. ability to relate one’s job role to Sodexo’s strategy 2. ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of Sodexo’s business model 3. ability to apply the various components of Sodexo’s value proposition and understand the components’ true value from a customer/client perspective.

Programme aims and objectives
The central aim of this programme is to deliver a one-week, highly interactive and practical programme to GSEP on the topic of ‘Strategy and Doing Business in China’. To achieve this aim, IBSS proposes to deliver the following: 1. design and delivery of training for a one-week long summer camp 2. inclusion of at least one day for a company visit and culture tour 3. programme management and administrative support.
Programme implementation
This programme is comprised of five days of interactive training, including one company visit and a cultural tour. Courses centre on cultivating core skills that can help develop each participant to become an active leader in an international context. Those core skills include strategic-thinking skills, communication skills, and cultural-awareness skills.
