流程说明. 投保流程. 理赔流程. 填写投保资料. 确认投保. 缴付保费. 完成. 注意事项. 1. 旅程须由香港出发。 2. 受保人年龄必须介乎6个星期至80岁。 3. 年龄达18岁或以上人士须独立投保。 4. 18岁以下人士须由父母或监护人投保。 5. 年龄介乎6个星期至17岁的人士如非与父母同行，也可独立投保单次旅程计划或全年保险计划，但需按成人标准缴付全数保费，並必须在成人照顾及陪同下完成整个旅程。 而其所享有的医疗及有关费用的最高赔偿额将会与18至70岁的成人保额相同。 6. 单次旅程计划的承保期最长为180天。 7. 全年保险计划的每一单次旅程承保期最长为90天。 8.

索償須知. 若要提出索償,受保人在發生事故後30天內,提交索償申請表(可在中銀集團保險網頁www.bocgroup.com/bocg-ins/下載) 或以書面方式通知中銀集團保險,並自費提供各項證明文件:如意外證明文件、醫療證明、警方報告(如有報警)及/或其他相關文件。 註1 : 包括訂金、旅費、機票費用、交通票據、表演活動如大型運動賽事、演唱會、博物館或主題公園的入場券門票。 註2 : 家人指中銀Visa Infinite信用卡持卡人的合法配偶及/或其子女,子女指18歲以下的未婚子女,及23歲或以下的全日制學生。
