聖貞德理事會 (St. Joan of Arc Council Ltd.) 正式註冊，成為聖貞德學校的辦學團體，由蕭蕙蓮女士出任首任校長。 1960 位於羅便臣道的華仁書院遷往灣仔，教會撥出其舊址部份土地予聖貞德會建新校舍，開辦日校。
