2015年10月25日 · 勞工及福利局計劃於明年第一季，推出一個為祖父母而設的幼兒照顧訓練課程試驗計劃，以加強幼兒照顧，支援婦女兼顧工作和家庭，強化跨代的家庭支援，同時推動祖父母長者終身學習，創造豐盛晚年。 試驗計劃為期兩年，初步希望最少提供約500個訓練名額，每班20人，課程內容的編排將參照僱員再培訓局舉辦的嬰幼兒照顧課程。 計劃歡迎初生至六歲以下幼兒的祖父母或準祖父母參加，不設年齡上限，教育程度不拘，讓祖父母成為家庭環境內訓練有素的幼兒照顧者。 我們鼓勵祖父母學員參加所有訓練節數，完成課程後更可獲授予證書。 有興趣的祖父母長者記得密切留意。
