Section C. (1) Reading: tests the ability of candidates to achieve an ‘in depth’ understanding of an expository text.
OBJECTIVES. The objectives of the examination are to test the candidates’: knowledge of the mathematical facts, concepts, skills and principles presented in the syllabus; familiarity with and use of mathematical symbols; ability to use appropriate mathematical techniques for solving a variety of problems;
