If you are already own ARKK and bought it in tripple digits (ouch), is this the time to avg down. I understand that avg down shouldnt be just to avg down a holding if its a bad stock.

  4. ARKK crashed in February because the market was scared rates were going up and the bond market shat itself, though the broad stock market was unaffected. Now the fed has a meeting in June saying they will bump up the rates earlier than expected, which the financial media is calling hawkish.

This is including is massive rotation out of growth that has been happening for the last year. I measure since Nov 2014 to today (i couldn't measure easier than that on tradingview). Maybe that's why there is a discrepancy.
