The only way running Sims 4 would damage your laptop is if you allowed it to overheat, and even then, computer hardware will throttle itself to keep temperatures within a safe range. You should get pretty much the same performance out of any of them, plus or minus a few percentage points, so you could just pick which one you like the best.

Hello @EverRayne, It could be that it happens because of Windows 11, I'm not sure if the EA app fully supports Windows 11.
