    紅酒知識：釀造原料就是葡萄，為避免葡萄酒中的苦澀味道，去掉葡萄的梗和籽，再使用機器或者人工將果皮壓碎露出葡萄果肉和葡萄汁，一同把搗碎好的葡萄按比例加入酵母菌發酵，隨後經過榨汁機榨出發酵後的葡萄酒。把葡萄酒與果皮，種子分開再繼續發酵。該步驟會決定葡萄酒的口感品質，需等待完全發酵成熟後再進行下道工序。發酵的葡萄酒去除溶解殘存的物質，再裝入酒桶內等待成熟期充分熟成即可。學習紅酒知識最基本的便是懂得其釀造的過程。

    釀造的紅酒需要有怎樣的儲藏條件？瞭解過紅酒知識的你，就能很好儲藏紅酒不會使其品質變質。紅酒儲存的溫度在攝氏度10°左右，藏於酒窖的紅酒溫度波動不要太大，保持在20攝氏度以下最為合適。在20攝氏度以上存放葡萄酒容易變壞，當然也不是越低溫越好，保持在合適的溫度範圍內即可，如此葡萄酒的口感，色澤才不會因此改變。偏愛喝紅酒的人士，購買的紅酒注意保存，越是高品質的紅酒就越注意儲存溫度，建議放入專用的酒櫃妥善放置，保護紅酒品質不受影響。
