上一輪綜合招聘考試及《基本法及香港國安法》測試已於2024年6月1日舉行。 考試成績已於 2024年6月28日郵寄予 考生。 如考生於2024年7月5日仍未收到考試成績，請致電 (852) 2537 6429 或電郵至 csbcseu@csb.gov.hk 與公務員考試組聯絡。 綜合招聘考試包括三張各為45分鐘的選擇題形式試卷，分別是英文運用、中文運用和能力傾向測試，目的是評核考生的英、中語文能力及推理能力。 英文運用及中文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級或不及格，並以二級為最高等級；而能力傾向測試的成績則分為及格或不及格。 英文運用及中文運用試卷的二級及一級成績和能力傾向測試的及格成績永久有效。 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科 第5級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。
2022年7月1日 · All applicants for civil service jobs will be assessed on their knowledge on the Basic Law and the National Security Law. The assessment format of the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) is set according to the academic qualification requirements stipulated for different types of civil service jobs.

2024年7月9日 · Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) Requirement. Starting from the 2023/24 school year, all newly-appointed teachers in public sector schools, Direct Subsidy Scheme schools and kindergartens joining the kindergarten education scheme are required to pass the BLNST in order to be considered for appointment.
Candidates have to answer 20 multiple-choice questions within 30 minutes. Candidates who get at least 10 out of 20 questions correct will be deemed to have a pass result. More details about the BLNST can be found on EDB webpage. Candidates should study carefully the information in these Guidance Notes.
2023年9月6日 · The Education Bureau (EDB) issued a circular memorandum to all schools in Hong Kong today (September 6), announcing arrangements for the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) in the 2023/24 school year. The EDB will conduct a total of five rounds of the BLNST for degree holders and non-degree holders respectively in this school year.
2024年3月22日 · A new round of the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) and the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) (degree/professional grades) will open for application from tomorrow (March 23). Prospective applicants for civil service posts at degree or professional level are welcome to apply before the deadline of 5pm on April 5.
